  • Every item is made just for you, so once an order goes into production, we can’t cancel or modify it.

  • Colors and designs may look slightly different due to screen settings—so expect slight variations.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship your goodies as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary. Once your order is with our courier partners, it’s out of our hands.

  • If your package is delayed, let us know, and we’ll check with the courier—but we can’t be held responsible for delays caused by them.

  • Wrong Address? If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to cover re-shipping costs.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • No returns or exchanges—everything is custom-made just for you!

  • If you receive the wrong or damaged item, let us know within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll fix it.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days once approved.

  • All designs, images, and content on our website belong to House of Elle. Copying or using them without permission? Not cool.
