Processing Time
Since everything we make is custom, we need some time to bring your vision to life! Orders typically take 7 to 15 business days to be created before they’re shipped out.
If you need something urgently, reach out to us—we’ll do our best to speed things up!
Shipping Timelines
Once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on your location and our courier partners. Estimated shipping times:
Domestic (within India): 3-8 business days
International: 4-5 business days (may vary depending on customs)
These are estimated timelines, and delays can sometimes happen due to weather, courier issues, or other unexpected circumstances. We appreciate your patience!
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your package. If you don’t receive it, just ping us, and we’ll sort it out.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs vary based on your location and order size. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
For international orders, any customs duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, let us know, and we’ll raise a ticket with our courier partner.
If your tracking says "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll help you investigate.
Wrong Address?
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order! If there’s a mistake, let us know ASAP.
Once an order has been shipped, we can’t make changes, and any re-shipping fees due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Missing Items?
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with photos of the package. We’ll review the issue and make it right!
