Cancellations & Refunds

Hey there! We totally get that things don’t always go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about canceling an order and getting a refund.

Order Cancellations

  • Once your order goes into production, we can’t cancel it—each piece is made just for you!

  • Need to make a change to your design or size? Reach out to us ASAP on WhatsApp at +91 81694 13536, and we’ll see if we can tweak it before production starts.

Refund Policy

  • Since all our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds unless there’s a mistake on our part (like a wrong or damaged item).

  • If you received the wrong product or something arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make things right!

How Refunds Work (If Applicable)

  • Once we approve a refund, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

What If My Package Is Delayed?

  • Once your order is shipped, delivery is in the hands of our courier partners. If there’s a delay, we’ll do our best to get updates for you, but we can’t issue refunds for shipping delays.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your tracking says "delivered" but you haven’t received your order, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll open a case with the courier, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.
