Hey there! We totally get that things don’t always go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about canceling an order and getting a refund.
Order Cancellations
Once your order goes into production, we can’t cancel it—each piece is made just for you!
Need to make a change to your design or size? Reach out to us ASAP on WhatsApp at +91 81694 13536, and we’ll see if we can tweak it before production starts.
Refund Policy
Since all our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds unless there’s a mistake on our part (like a wrong or damaged item).
If you received the wrong product or something arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make things right!
How Refunds Work (If Applicable)
Once we approve a refund, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
What If My Package Is Delayed?
Once your order is shipped, delivery is in the hands of our courier partners. If there’s a delay, we’ll do our best to get updates for you, but we can’t issue refunds for shipping delays.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking says "delivered" but you haven’t received your order, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll open a case with the courier, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.
